Our Alessia blouse as a dress
Alessia is the blouse from the Atelier 27 x Cha’ coud autumn 2025 collaboration. You loved it! Here, we show you how to lengthen it into a dress, made in the Colette lurex voile.
Modifying the peplum
Lengthen the peplum until it measures 55cm (seam allowances included). This measurement is given as a guide, for size 36, for a height of 1.65m.
Cut 2 peplum pieces measuring 55cm in height from your lurex voile. Then cut 2 peplum pieces measuring 51cm in height from your lining fabric. The lining is slightly shorter to create a lovely sheer effect with the voile.
The lining
We wanted to keep the sheerness on the sleeves, so they are not lined. Cut the following pieces from the lining fabric: 2 peplums, 2 fronts, and 1 back on the fold.
